V Associates ("we", "us", "our") provides a verified property listing platform to display only manually checked properties in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, and Visakhapatnam districts. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services.

We invite you to explore our website, list your property, or reach out to our team. Please note that by doing so, you agree to our terms of service.If you have any questions or do not agree with these terms, we kindly ask you to refrain from using the platform.

Our Role

V Associates is not a brokerage, real estate agent, or legal authority. We only verify and list properties temporarily. We do not:

Guarantee ownership, title, or legal validity
Provide brokerage services or charge commissions
Act as an intermediary in transactions

Users must conduct their own due diligence before any deal.

Detailed Terms

Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old and legally capable of entering contracts. By using our platform, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Property Submission Rules

Anyone (owners or mediators) can submit properties, but only those in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, or Visakhapatnam districts qualify.

Submission Process

Submit accurate details: location, price, extent, document number.
We verify EC and conduct other checks.
Approved listings go live for 7 days only.
Rejected submissions are not listed.

We reject listings outside our districts or those failing verification.

Listing Duration and Deletion

Approved listings display publicly for 7 days maximum.
After 7 days, listings auto-delete from our database.
No renewals or extensions; resubmit if needed.

What We Display Publicly

Only safe, essential details appear:

Location (district/locality level)
Price/extent
Publisher contact (for direct communication)

Sensitive verification details stay private.

User Responsibilities

When submitting or contacting:

Provide true, complete, and current information.
Own or have authority over submitted properties.
Not submit fake, misleading, or illegal listings.
Handle all communications and transactions independently.
Comply with all applicable laws.

You indemnify us against claims from inaccurate or unauthorized submissions.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not:

Post fraudulent, duplicate, or off-district properties.
Use automated tools to scrape or overload our site.
Harass publishers or users.
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
Attempt to circumvent verification.

Violations lead to immediate suspension and possible legal action.

Intellectual Property

All website content (design, logos, processes) belongs to us. You get a limited license to view listings for personal use. No copying or commercial use allowed.

Disclaimers

No warranties: Listings provided "as is". We verify to our standards but cannot guarantee accuracy.
No liability for deals, losses, or disputes between users.
Platform available without interruptions; we are not liable for downtime.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access anytime for violations, without notice or liability.

Changes to Terms

We may update Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance. Check regularly.
